For qualified purchasers, and their advisors.
Trifecta’s investor relations program is direct, discreet, and transparent. Every question receives a written answer. Every commitment receives a named human being.
The path from inquiry to close.
1. Introduction
Write to [email protected]. A senior member of the team will respond within one business day to schedule an introductory conversation.
2. Materials request
Following the introduction, and against a signed NDA, we share the confidential PPM, LPA draft, DDQ response, and fund-specific one-pagers.
3. Diligence
We answer every diligence question in writing. Investment Committee memos, audit letters, and reference calls are all available.
4. Accredited-investor verification
Trifecta accepts qualified purchaser and accredited investor verification through licensed third-party attestation or verified LP counsel letter.
5. Subscription
Subscription documents are executed via qualified custodian. Capital calls are scheduled quarterly per the LPA.
6. Ongoing reporting
LPs receive quarterly capital account statements, semi-annual portfolio reviews, annual audited financials, and access to the secure LP Portal.
Two acceptable paths.
