People first. Then homes. Then returns.
Trifecta is built by an operator who has run complex hospitality and industrial systems — and by a growing team of hoteliers, underwriters, and technologists recruited to a single, uncompromising standard.
Alexandra Pohl
Alexandra Pohl is the Founder and CEO of Trifecta, a luxury short-term rental platform built on the conviction that the highest-value guests — the travelers who generate repeat stays, off-platform bookings, and genuine word-of-mouth — are systematically underserved by platforms optimized for volume rather than curation.
Trifecta selects, prepares, and manages a curated portfolio of luxury residences to a hospitality standard that earns direct repeat bookings, reduces OTA dependency, and drives dynamic pricing outcomes that undifferentiated inventory cannot achieve. Every property is treated as a brand asset — not a listing.
Raised in a real-estate family, Alexandra built early mastery in capital strategy and asset performance. She earned dual undergraduate degrees in Business Management and Exercise Science, competing as a Hall of Fame dual-sport NAIA Division I athlete, and later completed an MBA in Global Business Management. She has deepened her discipline through more than a decade of martial-arts practice.
In the private sector, Alexandra spent seven-plus years at Toyota and Danfoss applying lean and Toyota Production System methodologies to complex, multi-site operations: at Toyota, refining process discipline and workflow efficiency; at Danfoss, standardizing KPIs and tightening variance-to-budget across international programs. Before founding Trifecta, she spent eight-plus years in senior U.S. federal leadership on regulatory and infrastructure matters, and has personally directed $300 million or more in development and capital programs.
How Alexandra runs Trifecta.
Systems, not slogans
Trifecta runs on centralized revenue management, standardized property preparation and quality-audit protocols, and a guest-relationship management system that tracks repeat guest history, preferences, and booking patterns across every residence in the portfolio.
A platform, not a listing
Trifecta’s program extends beyond nightly rental to include property management for homeowners seeking institutional-quality STR management, luxury experience curation partnerships, and corporate extended-stay programs that diversify the demand base.
Macro lens, hyperlocal hands
Markets are selected with a macro view of travel demand, regulatory environment, and supply discipline. Execution happens through local hospitality teams, cleaning and maintenance vendors, and community relationships that protect operating licenses.
Reported together, every month
Guest satisfaction scores and owner net revenue are reported side by side in every monthly performance report — because Trifecta’s value to property owners depends on guests staying again, not just staying once.
A responsible neighbor
Operational quality, community-neighbor relations, and local-vendor partnerships embed Trifecta in each market as a responsible operator — never a regulatory liability.
Returns and the lives improved along the way
Alexandra channels a profit-with-purpose ethos into Trifecta’s guests, owners, and neighboring communities — and, personally, into a lifelong commitment to animal rescue, supporting shelters and rescue organizations across the markets in which she works.
“Short-term rentals became a race to the bottom. I run the top of the market.”
Seated at first close.
The LP Advisory Committee will be seated at the initial close of each fund. Composition, tenure, and voting protocols are described in each fund’s partnership agreement and in our Governance page.
