How Trifecta handles your information.
This Privacy Policy describes how Trifecta LLC collects, uses, and safeguards personal information provided through TrifectaLux.com, our investor portal, and the operational systems that support our residence platform.
Effective date: January 1, 2026.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — through contact forms, subscription requests, investor inquiries, employment applications, and guest reservations — and information generated automatically when you use our website (including IP address, browser type, and pages viewed). For investors and homeowners, we also collect information necessary to comply with anti-money-laundering, know-your-customer, tax, and securities regulations.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide services you request
- To process investor subscriptions, capital calls, and distributions
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and audit obligations (including PwC audit and LP Advisory Committee reporting)
- To operate and improve our website, portal, and platform
- To detect and prevent fraud, cybersecurity threats, and misuse
3. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with (i) service providers who process data on our behalf under written contractual confidentiality obligations, (ii) our auditor, legal counsel, and regulators where required, and (iii) fund administrators and banking partners as necessary to operate the fund complex.
4. Data retention
We retain personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to satisfy legal or regulatory requirements (including investment adviser recordkeeping obligations), and to defend legal claims. Fund investor records are retained for the life of the fund plus applicable statutory periods.
5. Security
Trifecta LLC operates a SOC-2-aligned information security program, with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, quarterly penetration testing, and formal incident-response procedures. No system is perfectly secure; we work to reduce risk, and we notify affected persons and regulators as required in the event of a material incident.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California and the European Economic Area have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation, respectively. To exercise your rights, contact [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of first-party cookies to remember your session preferences and to measure aggregate website usage. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; certain website features may be affected.
